Self-Pay Rates
I understand that cost is always a question. If you have mental health coverage, you may use insurance. You may also choose to use the self-pay option. HSA payments are accepted.
Self-Pay
50-55 Minute Session: $135
Cancellation and No Show Fee
Same Day Cancellation Fee: $50
No Show/No Call Fee: $125
Your time is held for you and no one else.
If you don't cancel or show, you will be charged.

It is your responsibility to know and understand your insurance coverage and deductible amounts.
Verification of Benefits will be done prior to accepting new appointment so you are aware of what may be covered by your plan.
Insurance will be filed for you as a courtesy, and the billing specialist will assist you with questions regarding your bill.
Ultimately, though, the client will be held liable for any amount unpaid by insurance.
